Before launching OMG, she had a dynamic career as an independent producer and on-air contributor for ABC News Now, and she worked as a multimedia specialist for ABCNews.com, developing content for iconic programs like World News Tonight, Nightline, and Good Morning America. Minerva's influence extends beyond the screen, as she has been honored with the Rising Star Award by Rotary International and was a finalist in the 2023 Equitable Advisors Businesswomen of the Year Awards. A lifelong learner and global communicator, Minerva holds an MPA in Management and Innovation from Columbia University, with courses in Effective Management and Entrepreneurship Development from Harvard Business School Online, and a BA in Media and Communications from Seton Hall University. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and studies French and Italian.
