Co-Founder's Journey

 Minerva Salles is an award‑winning multimedia journalist and producer whose work has reached millions through Disney/ABC News, Amazon Prime Video, and global media platforms. A multilingual communicator in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, and studies French; she is known for amplifying voices, shaping narratives, and connecting diverse audiences through culturally resonant storytelling.

Minerva began her media career at ABC News in New York City, where she served as a multimedia specialist and later as a producer and on‑air contributor for ABC News Now. She produced segments for World News Tonight, Nightline, and Good Morning America, and conducted interviews with world sports champions, diplomatic leaders, and cultural icons, including Mariano Rivera, Roberto Durán, and Raúl Lavié. Her reporting highlights cultural traditions from Argentine tango and British polo to Colombian folklore and African Congo heritage.

Her diplomatic and social‑impact coverage includes working with ambassadors from Panama, Argentina, Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal on media initiatives, as well as reporting on historic events such as the Panama Canal Expansion, and Pope Francis’s visit to Panama for World Youth Day.

Today, Minerva is the Founder and CEO of OMG Creative Solutions™, a media and communications training platform that helps executive leaders and public figures communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Her communications framework empowers leaders to translate expertise into compelling messages that build trust with audiences, stakeholders, and the media. Minerva has trained executive leaders in storytelling, on‑air presence, and high‑stakes communication, including delivering a keynote workshop for 28 New Jersey state agencies.

Minerva also produces and hosts Minerva’s Creative Conversations, a podcast that delves into the personal journeys, challenges, and triumphs of influential voices in business, sports, and entertainment. Previously, she created programming for the Medellín Tourism Bureau, reaching a global audience via Amazon Prime Video.

She holds an MPA in management and innovation from Columbia University in the City of New York, where she was selected for the prestigious Inside the Situation Room program led by Secretary Hillary Clinton and completed coursework in Effective Management and Entrepreneurship Development from Harvard Business School Online. She earned her BA in media and communications from Seton Hall University.

Her accolades include being named a Top Finalist in the Equitable Advisors Businesswomen of the Year Awards, receiving the Rotary International Rising Star Award, and being selected for the Comcast NBCUniversal Innovative Entrepreneurs Program, and recognition from Columbia University for Digital Media Leadership.
